Casa de Lupe Meditation Garden grew from my own journey of growth, resilience, and discovery. Through years of vision therapy, the practice of mantra meditation, and the restorative wisdom of nature, I experienced firsthand the remarkable capacity of the brain to adapt, learn, and change. This journey deepened my appreciation for neuroplasticity and inspired the philosophy that continues to guide my life and teaching: meaningful transformation begins with a single moment of inner stillness.

I'm a bilingual (English and Spanish) Mantra Meditation Instructor based in Austin, Texas. Born in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, raised in El Paso, Texas, and now calling Austin home, I've developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures, meaningful connection, and lifelong learning.

I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and have spent more than 20 years helping people navigate life's challenges, discover their strengths, and embrace opportunities for growth. As a trained and certified Mantra Meditation Instructor, I combine my experience in counseling, education, and meditation to create welcoming experiences that help people cultivate inner stillness and develop lasting habits for a calmer, more intentional life.

Nature continues to inspire the way I live and teach. Whether I'm tending my garden, caring for my indoor plants, hiking scenic trails, swimming in open water, traveling to explore new places, or adventuring outdoors with my service dog, Petunio, I find that nature has a remarkable way of quieting the mind and restoring the spirit. I also love gardening, rock painting, spending time with family and friends, and being an "animal auntie" to a horse and many wonderful dogs. Together, these passions inspire the nature-based meditation experiences and workshops I'm cultivating at Casa de Lupe.
