My approach is inspired by the science of neuroplasticity, the brain's remarkable ability to adapt and form new pathways throughout life. This perspective is both professional and personal. Through years of vision therapy, meditation, and my own journey of developing 3D vision as an adult, I witnessed the brain's incredible capacity for growth and change. That experience continues to inspire the way I teach, encouraging others to develop healthy habits, respond to life's challenges with greater resilience, and cultivate a calmer, more intentional way of living.
